The Project in a Nutshell
Samantha Cross is an experienced NSW based consultant focusing on circular economy. She’s doing everything she can to assist businesses and organisations with reducing their waste by engaging them in recycling programs.
We built a new website for WrapBack where hospitals can learn about the recycling program for sterilisation wrap and join the program. The solution consists of a private zone with a membership for recurring subscriptions. Hospitals can receive resources and advice after joining the program.
About the Client
At WrapBack™, they help hospitals and health care facilities set up a recycling program that works, so that they can protect patients and the planet. On the WrapBack website, they state:
Hospitals send thousands of kilograms of sterilisation wrap to landfills every single year. And that’s where it will stay forever because plastic doesn’t biodegrade.
We set out to change this. Firstly, we unwrapped the reasons why hospitals weren’t recycling sterilisation wrap. Then, we came up with a solution.
