Privacy Policy

Catnapweb (ABN pending) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information we collect and hold. This policy sets out how we handle that information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number (if provided), business website (if provided), and the content of your message. We also record the page you submitted from, the pages you visited before, and basic technical information (IP address, user-agent string, UTM parameters, referrer).

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to understand which marketing channels bring us business, and to improve the content on this site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

3. Who sees it

Information you submit is accessible to Catnapweb staff only. We use reputable third-party services for email delivery (configured via our hosting), for analytics (as declared by cookie banner where applicable), and for file storage (Google Workspace). We do not share your information with other parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a first-party cookie (cnw_journey) to attribute enquiries to their marketing source. It stores a session identifier, the pages you visit on our site, and marketing parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid, etc.) if present on the URL you arrived via. The cookie expires 30 days after your last visit.

5. Access, correction, deletion

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@catnapweb.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

We review this policy periodically. The current version will always be published at this URL with a last-updated date.
