Case study · Removals & moving

A five-star removalist finally gets a website to match its reputation

Easy Peasy had excellent reviews (4.9 Google, 5.0 Facebook) but a hardcoded WordPress site the owners couldn’t even edit. We rebuilt it from scratch — fast, simple, trackable — and launched on 15 August 2019.

Easy Peasy Removals website by Catnapweb
  • 4.9★Google rating
  • 5.0★Facebook rating
  • 4Services bookable directly online

The challenge

The old website was dark, heavy and slow, had no SSL, ran outdated software and couldn’t be edited by the owners. Enquiry handling and analytics were basic, so there was no way to see which marketing actually brought in jobs.

What we did

  1. A portfolio of smart forms

Instead of one quote form, a set of easy forms to ask questions, get advice, request a quote or book one of the four most popular services directly — with notifications, database storage and analytics connected.

  2. Lightweight, mobile-first design

A light, easy-to-navigate design that reflects the Easy Peasy brand.

  3. Simplified pricing

Four popular moving jobs with typical load sizes, weekend rates and a midweek discount — bookable in a few clicks.

  4. Security and performance

    SSL, up-to-date software and a fast-loading site.

  5. Proper analytics

Goals tracking real conversions with real-world monetary values, so the business can measure the return on each channel and page.

  6. Tips & Tricks content

A categorised blog section for moving advice from the owners.
